Best Beef and Broccoli in The Instant Pot

This wás delicious ánd SO tender. Not chewy like some táke-out cán be.

INGREDIENTS

• 1 smáll onion chopped
• 1 clove of gárlic chopped (it's áll we hád - the recipe cálled for 3)
• 1 1/2 pounds thinly sliced steák (we used á sirloin from áldi thát sáid it wás good for fájitás)
• 3 tbs sesáme oil
• 3 tbs olive oil
• 1/3 cup soy sáuce
• 3/4  cup beef broth
• 1/3 cup brown sugár
• 2 bágs frozen broccoli (ábout 6 cups - we use the áldi bránd)
• 1 tbs cornstárch
