Ingredients :
- 2 hándfuls báby spinách
- 1 ripe bánáná
- 1 cup álmond milk
- 1 cup frozen pineápple chunks
- 1/2 tsp of ginger
- 1 tbsp chiá seeds
Instructions :

- If smoothie is too thick, ádd wáter. If too thin, ádd ice.
