This refreshing Mángo Lemonáde is the perfect tropicál beveráge to help you cool down on á hot Summer’s dáy. Sweet ánd tárt, it’s álso super eásy to máke!

Ingredients
- 1 cup (240ml) wáter
- 3/4 cup (150g) cáster/white sugár
- 1 1/2 cups (390g) mángo purée, from á cán or, fresh mángo blitzed in á food processor
- 1/3 cup (80ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 4 cups (960ml) spárkling wáter, you cán use pláin wáter if you wánt still lemonáde
Instructions
- Pláce 1 cup wáter ánd 3/4 cup sugár into á medium sized sáucepán over á medium heát. Bring to á simmer ánd stir until áll the sugár hás dissolved. Leáve to one side for á minute, whilst you mix the rest of the ingredients.
- Pláce mángo purée ánd lemon juice into á lárge pitcher ánd mix until well combined. Gráduálly pour in the spárkling or still wáter (whichever is your preference) stirring ás you go, until you háve á well combined mixture.
- ádd in your simple syrup ánd stir ágáin, then either pláce in the fridge to chill or pláce á few ice cubes into some glásses ánd serve immediátely.
