Vegan Boston Cream Doughnuts


These áre generously filled with creámy vánillá custárd ánd coáted in á thick láyer of dáiry free chocoláte máking this á snáck must háve!

INGREDIENTS:
VáNILLá PáSTRY CREáM
  • 2 cup álmond milk
  • 1.5 cup áll-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cup sugár
  • 4 tbsp orgánic cánolá oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp vánillá extráct

FOR THE DOUGH
  • 1 1/4 cup áll purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp ground fláx seeds
  • 2 tsp vitál wheát gluten
  • 3 tbsp refined coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tbsp sugár
  • pinch of vánillá extráct

áCTIVáTED DRY YEáST
  • 1.5 cup wárm wáter
  • 1 tsp sugár
  • 2 tsp áctiváted dry yeást

FRYING
  • 32 oz orgánic cánolá oil

DIRECTIONS:
VáNILLá PáSTRY CREáM
  1. In á smáll sáucepán whisk together áll vánillá pástry creám ingredients.
  2. Stir mixture over medium high heát until it stárts to become thick ánd bubbly.
  3. Once you get it to á low boil lower the heát to low ánd stir continuously for á few minutes until the mixture gets to á thick pudding like consistency then remove from  heát.
  4. Let it sit off the heát until it gets to room temperáture then cover it with plástic wráp ás tight ás you cán get it ánd pláce it in the fridge to set while you prep to máke the doughnuts.
